Kebijakan Ekonomi-Politik Berbagai Negara Terhadap Tembakau

Berikut ini tabel mengenai tingkat tarif untuk produk tembakau yang
berlaku per 1 Januari 2010.

Jepang membebaskan tarif impor untuk produk tembakau yang
berasal dari negara-negara yang terlibat perjanjian kerja sama ekonomi
bilateral (Economic Partnership Agreement, EPA) dengan Jepang.
Beberapa negara yang bebas tarif impor produk tembakau tersebut
adalah: Indonesia, Singapura, Malaysia, Meksiko, Chile, Brunei,
Filipina, Swiss, dan Vietnam.63 Negara-negara ini bebas tarif impor
untuk berbagai jenis produk tembakau yang ada di tabel 12.
